Structural Characteristics

a. XF low-voltage power distribution box adopts all-metal shell, and the door of the box can adopt glass door or metal door. The installation mode of the box is two kinds of hanging box and floor box, the shell of the hanging box adopts 1.5mm high quality cold rolled steel plate, and the shell of the floor box adopts 2.0mm high quality cold rolled steel plate. The box is divided into assembling type or welding type.
b.Adopting streamlined external hinge (or internal hinge), the door opening degree reaches 180 degrees (internal hinge 120 degrees), and new type of reinforcement is used on the door plate, which greatly improves the operation space and the strength of the door during maintenance.
c. Front for single or double doors, double doors: the inner layer for the functional unit of the small room door, the outer layer of the explosion-proof transparent door, beautiful, luxurious and has a high level of protection of the shell.
d. Compact and fully tested, based entirely on a modular design concept. During the design process, all requirements related to flexibility, robustness, compactness and ease of maintenance have been taken into account to make VP low voltage power distribution boxes suitable for any occasion.
e. XF low voltage power distribution box primary programme can be flexible and variable according to different applications and can be used separately.
h. Protection grade
Product shell protection level: IP3X, IP31, IP32, IP4X, IP41, IP42, *IP43, *IP44, *IP54, *IP65 general protection level of the heat dissipation system adopts the air self-cooling or fan heat dissipation; with * higher protection level, must be considered to dissipate the heat, the structure form can be used in the form of a double door, the components must be considered to reduce capacity.

According to the external dimensions of components of different capacity sizes, the external dimensions of the box can be composed arbitrarily according to the modulus. (Module E=25mm)

Installation & Use
Installation
(1) Hanging box series products are fixed by back mounting 4-M10&M8 bolts (see attached figure I), and can be installed separately or left-right splicing installation.
(2) Floor box series products using the bottom mounting 4-M12&M10 bolts (see attached figure II), can be installed separately or left and right splicing installation.
(3) Floor-standing box series products such as wall mounting, it is recommended that the size of the back of the box from the wall ≥ 150mm.

Conditions of use
a. Ambient temperature: the temperature of the surrounding air does not exceed +40ºC, does not fall below -5ºC, and does not exceed +35ºC when measured as an average over a 24-hour period.
b. Ambient humidity: the air is clean and its relative humidity does not exceed 50% at a temperature of +40ºC, with larger relative humidity permitted at lower temperatures. For example 90 per cent at +25ºC, but taking into account the possibility of occasional moderate condensation due to temperature variations.
c. The temperature range between -25ºC and +55ºC is suitable for transport and storage processes, and +70ºC can be reached within a short period of time (≤ 24h).
d. Altitude not exceeding 2000 metres. If the box is installed at higher altitude than 2000 metres above sea level, the equipment should be operated at reduced capacity accordingly.
e. Environmental pollution level: level 3.
f. If the selection of some electrical components can not meet the above working conditions, by the manufacturer and the user to negotiate a solution.
g. When the use of conditions and the above working conditions do not match, the user to the manufacturer to propose, negotiate and solve.

Transport and storage

XF low voltage power distribution box should pay attention to the following points during transport and storage:
(1) It is not allowed to be tipped over, inverted and subjected to violent vibration;
(2) It should be prevented from rain, so as not to damp the product;
(3) Do not disassemble the electrical components and accessories.
