MLS-V is a type of factory-built modular low voltage switchgear assembly (FBA), which applies to the power distribution systems with A.C.50 Hz, rated voltage <400, and rated current ≤6300A to perform functions such as power distribution, conversion, controlling, and reactive power compensation. lt meets the following standards: GB/T 7251.2, JB/T 9661, IEC61439-1, and BS EN61439-1.

Service Conditions
Ambient temperature shall not be higher than +40℃ and not lowerthan -5℃ and the mean value measured within 24h shall not exceed35℃.
Atmosphere condition: with clean air, the relative humidity shall notexceed 50% at.Max.+40℃, but a higher relative humidity can bepermitted only at lower temperature, e.g.the relative humidity is90% at +20°℃safety measures should be implemented as appropriate dew can forms when the ambient temperature variesaccidentally.
The switchgear can be transported and stored when thetemperature is between -25℃ and +55℃ and it can withstand +70℃only in short time (e.g. within 24 hours).
The altitude shall not exceed 2000m.
Environmental pollution level: The switchgear is defined level 3according to GB7251.12.
lf any components chosen fail to meet the above service conditionsthe user shall consult with the manufacturer for solutions.
lf the working conditions can't accord with the above serviceconditions, the user shall put forward them to the manufacturer forconsultation.

*lf the switchgear meets the requirements of iP55, the rated current of main busbar ≤ 2500A.

Structure Characteristics

The structure parts of the cubicle are shaped from Al-2n ploted steel sheets and high quality cold-roled steel sheets which are connected byself-topping screws as vorious cubicle structures and function units with mounting holes at modularintervol E-25mm.

The interior of the cubicle is separated into horizontal busbars compartment, vertical busbars compartment lMCc panel, function unit compatment and outgoing terminal compartment. t meets the reguirements oflP2x, The specific positions ofthe compartments refer to figure 1 and fiqure 2.

Installation Mode

The foot of the switchgears can be fixed by means of welding or with4-16M bolts (refer to figure.13).The cubicles are connected with8-M8 inner-hexagon bolts
The MLS-V type switchgear is mounted against wall, but suggestedthe back of the cubicle at least 300mm away from the wall(refer tofigure 13 and 14).
MLS-V type switchgears should be erected away from wall, leaving adistance of at least 800mm from the wall (refer to figure 13 and 14).

Ordering lnstructions

Users shall provide or identify the following information:
a)Main circuit single-line diagram
b) Secondary diagram
c) Detailed specifications and quantity of electric components
d) Capacity or specification of main busbar
e) Schemes of entry/outgoing and cable specifications
f) Overall size of cubicles and plane arrangement drawing
g) Dimensions and capacity of busbar channel (bridge)
h) When there is any harmonic wove source le.g.large-scale rectifier equipment), the use shall takecertain preventative actions or put it forward to be addressed through consultation, lest anydamageto distribution and power-consuming devices happens.
