Low Voltage Switchgear
MLS-V is a type of factory-built modular low voltage switchgear assembly (FBA), which applies to the power distribution systems with A.C.50 Hz, rated voltage <400, and rated current ≤6300A to perform functions such as power distribution, conversion, controlling, and reactive power compensation. lt meets the following standards: GB/T 7251.2, JB/T 9661, IEC61439-1, and BS EN61439-1.

The structure parts of the cubicle are shaped from Al-2n ploted steel sheets and high quality cold-roled steel sheets which are connected byself-topping screws as vorious cubicle structures and function units with mounting holes at modularintervol E-25mm.

The foot of the switchgears can be fixed by means of welding or with4-16M bolts (refer to figure.13).The cubicles are connected with8-M8 inner-hexagon bolts
The MLS-V type switchgear is mounted against wall, but suggestedthe back of the cubicle at least 300mm away from the wall(refer tofigure 13 and 14).
MLS-V type switchgears should be erected away from wall, leaving adistance of at least 800mm from the wall (refer to figure 13 and 14).
Users shall provide or identify the following information:
a)Main circuit single-line diagram
b) Secondary diagram
c) Detailed specifications and quantity of electric components
d) Capacity or specification of main busbar
e) Schemes of entry/outgoing and cable specifications
f) Overall size of cubicles and plane arrangement drawing
g) Dimensions and capacity of busbar channel (bridge)
h) When there is any harmonic wove source le.g.large-scale rectifier equipment), the use shall takecertain preventative actions or put it forward to be addressed through consultation, lest anydamageto distribution and power-consuming devices happens.
